Mikropor’s Deoxo system increases nitrogen purity to high levels by using a specially designed catalyst which has a large surface area. The

reaction on the catalyst surface reduces the oxygen content to below 10 parts per million.

Contrary to current applications, nitrogen produced from a nitrogen generator at 99.5% and 99.9% purity can be converted to nitrogen with

99.999% purity with our MDX series Deoxo systems and provides high savings in nitrogen production running costs. Oxygen is reacted with

hydrogen gas on a specially design catalyst in the Deoxo system and oxygen molecules are removed delivering 99.999% pure nitrogen. The

cost of hydrogen required for the reaction is very low and it provides long term savings. Water molecules which form with the reaction are

removed in the system which has a compact design.
