Liquid ring vacuum pump 

Liquid ring vacuum pumps normally operate with water as the operating medium. An eccentrically installed impeller rotates in the casing partly filled with liquid. By the rotational movement of the impeller and the resulting centrifugal force the liquid within the cylinder forms the so-called liquid ring. Gas is conveyed in the spaces between the single vanes and the liquid ring. Due to the eccentric installation of the impeller the spaces enlarge and the process gas is sucked in through the suction slot. As the impeller further rotates, the spaces are reduced, so that the gas is compressed and discharged through the discharge slot. The vacuum pump can be operated with water recirculation, open or closed loop circuit.

Claw Vacuum Pumps And Compressors

The dry claw vacuum pumps and claw air compressors generate contact-free vacuum or compressed air efficiently and economically. This is possible because of the principle of internal compression in the rotary claw design. The gas is pre-compressed within the compressing chamber and is then discharged.

The dry claw pumps offer significant energy saving and high efficiency compared to the traditional rotary lobe blower designs without internal compression.

Oil-Lubricated Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

The rotary vane technology enables a technically simple structure of the vacuum pumps. The consistently high vacuum level in continuous operation is guaranteed through circulating oil lubrication, perfectly coordinated materials and state-of-the-art and precise manufacturing.

The standard oil separator ensures clean and oil-free exhaust thanks to its sophisticated extractor system with integrated oil return. When fitted with an optional gas ballast valve, even large amounts of vapour can be processed.

A non-return valve in the inlet flange prevents air from flowing back into the vacuum chamber when the vacuum pump is switched off.

Rotary Lobe Blowers

Three-blade rotary lobe blowers  work according to the proven Roots system: two parallel rotary pistons mounted rotate in opposite directions within a housing. The pumped medium is sealed in the space between the rotors and housing. It is compressed, pumped through the housing to the gas discharge by the rotary motion and discharged.

A silencer with integrated inlet filter is connected upstream of the blower stage. Once the medium has been compressed during the blower stage, it flows through the downstream discharge silencer. The drive unit is operating with a motor using a v-belt. The v-belt drive enables the blower speed to be precisely adjusted to the process.

The design of the rotary lobe blower is practically identical in the vacuum and overpressure version.

Oil Free Vacuum Pumps

These vacuum pumps work in accordance to the proven rotary vane technology. Thanks to self-lubricating rotor vanes, no operating fluid is necessary. The compression occurs as part of a completely dry process.
A consistently high vacuum level in continuous operation is guaranteed through perfectly coordinated materials, the special graphite vanes in the compression chamber, effective heat discharge and the state-of-the-art and precise manufacturing.
An optional non-return valve prevents air from going back into the vacuum chamber when the vacuum pump is switched off. The unit is driven by an integrated motor which has a high level of efficiency.

Side Channel Blowers

Side channel blowers work according to the impulse principle. This means that kinetic energy from a rotating impeller is transferred to the pumping medium and converted into pressure. The impeller is mounted directly on the shaft of the motor and, together with the specially shaped housing, forms the side channel.

The pumping medium is sucked in, compressed in the side channel and conveyed to the second stage after one rotation. Here, it is compressed again before being discharged. This way a side channel blower can be used to generate both vacuum and blast air. The motor rated power determines the maximum differential pressure of the blower. The two silencers fitted to the inlet and discharge sides ensure quiet operation.
